WELCOME

Hello and welcome to my site. My name is Heather Richardson and I live in Woodstock, GA with my husband of 10 years and our 3 beautiful girls. God has been so good to me! I was saved at the tender age of 7 and then God called me into Christian service at the age of 12. Although I was uncertain of what all that meant back then, God has certainly confirmed His call on my life time and time again throughout the years. I have a deep love and passion to worship God lead others to worship Him through music. I truly feel blessed with every opportunity God gives me whether it be serving at my home church on the worship team or leading worship for an area Women's Conference. My desire is to glorify Christ and make Him known.

Sincerely,
Heather

Lessons Learned in 2009 and Looking for More in 2010

Wow! Where did the year go? I can't believe we are well into 2010! So many opportunities, blessings, and lessons learned. Looking back over this past year, I am totally amazed at how awesome my God is! He is truly GOOD.

Through many different experiences this past year, I think that I am learning to believe and trust God MORE! In the past, I have often trusted God "with reservations", just in case He doesn't "come through". But I've learned that He always comes through, just ususally in a BETTER way than I imagined possible. He has healed the broken hearted in my family that seems beyond repair, fulfilled dreams we never thought would come true, and has drawn us closer to Him through many difficult circumstances. And that is just a few examples of His faithfulness. I'm trusting Him for it ALL in 2010!

My prayer for this year is that my family and I will invest in things that have eternal value more than ever before, including our time, talents, and money. This world is so temporal and only what is done for Christ will last! It is all His anyway and He alone deserves all the glory!

"Store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal; for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also." Matthew 6:20-21

CD Premier

What an honor and privilege to premier my new CD "He Is Good" at FBC Woodstock this past Sunday. I am so overwhelmed that God allowed me this privilege to lead worship and testify of God's faithfulness and goodness.

I had the most amazing players and singers with me all day. They are truly some of the most gifted people I know. What I love about them the most is that they truly seek to honor the Lord in all they do, not just music. It's really a powerful duo!

It was such a special day with all my family including, my mother and father-in-law here from IN, and sister from TN. Several of my dearest friends came from out of town as well. I feel so blessed to have such a supportive and encouraging group of people around me. We had an awesome day of worship and fellowship and even celebrated with a party after the service.

Thank you God for all you did through this service to touch the hearts of your people. I pray you are pleased with our worship and that all people were drawn closer to You!

God has given me so many unbelievable blessings, but one of the best is our unbelievablechurch, First Baptist Church Woodstock. It is here where God has used so many of Hispeople to encourage, challenge, and grow us. Our pastor, Johnny Hunt, has had an unbelievableinfluence on my family directly. What an awesome man of God! His passion for Christ iscontagious and he's taught me more about giving than anyone I've ever met. We oftenhave the incredible opportunity to travel with him to different churches and lead worship. Last week we were able to travel with him to TN and AL. I will never get tired of listening to him. God uses him to teach the Word in a new & fresh way everytime.

Pump Springs Baptist in Harrogate, TN

This past weekend I had the privilege of singing at a Ladie's event in Harrogate, TN. We had a wonderful brunch and then I did a concert afterwards. The hostess came up with their own original theme and decorated accordingly. One table was all decked out in Elivs decorations and the hostess' husband dressed up like Elvis to serve them their dinner. We just had to get a picture with him. We had a blast! Good food, fellowship, and an awesome time of worship.
